The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the furniture retail business. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with different departments such as sales, inventory, and accounting. The Admin Assistant will also assist in preparing reports, managing office records, and supporting management in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in monitoring sales reports, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock availability and product deliveries.
  • Maintain proper records of inventory, sales, and customer accounts.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Support HR and accounting in processing employee documents, attendance, and petty cash monitoring.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and communications as required by management.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and store events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard office procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level/Graduate of any business-related course.
  • With 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work (retail experience is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work in a retail environment and flexible with schedules.
