- Performs job functions consistent with the Institution’s mission and vision statements and the Salesian values and charism
- Organize meetings, assemblies, and formation programs of the ministries in the CYM
- Maintain updated records and documentation of the Different Ministries’ plans in the CYM activities, and reports (monthly and yearly).
- Consolidate ministry initiatives into the overall Commission calendar and pastoral plan.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among the ministries and with the Secretariat.
- Provide administrative and logistical support (monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes in line with SEPP dimensions, Provincial Pastoral Plan, and the Province Road Map) for inter-ministry and ministry-sectors programs and evaluation, and help build close collaboration between the Sectors and the Ministry.
- Participates actively in the different activities of the Provincial Office
