  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
  • Assist in project coordination and data entry tasks.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data analysis, scheduling, time management, data entry, and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, maintain schedules, manage data entry, and support team projects.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical business hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and adaptable to changing priorities.
