Descrição:
- Receive, log, and sort incoming mail, documents, and packages.
- Distribute mail to appropriate departments or recipients in a timely manner.
- Prepare and package outgoing mail, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Coordinate with courier services and track deliveries as needed.
- Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and deliveries.
- Monitor mailroom supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, interaction with customers via phone and email.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented individuals are ideal.
