Descrição:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
- Communicate effectively with supplier, clients and team members.
- Perform data entry and assist in report preparation as needed.
Requisito
- Job Title: Admin Assistant
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, people and process management, and written/verbal communication.
