- Manage and prioritize internal communication channels (email, shared documents) related to operations.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the Sales Team (to verify customer pricing/deals) and the Finance Team (to ensure accurate billing and collections).
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all transaction documentation, sales contracts, and customer agreements for auditing purposes.
- Ensure all order details, pricing tiers, and customer-specific terms (e.g., Net 30) are correctly recorded in the system.
- Regularly coordinates with other departments for various resources, for continuous learning, improvement and understanding
- Delivers both simple and medium difficulty work according to acceptable turnaround time and/ or deadlines set by the various depts
- Performs other duties training and/ or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
