Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

Handle billing process and agreements
Handle incoming and outgoing communications email and phone
Monitoring of company bills and payments
Other administrative duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management major in Financial Management or other related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential
Knowledge in office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
