Happy Heart Salon (HNK Personal Care and Franchise Corporation) a high end salon, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Business Administration students who are interested in gaining real-world experience in the beauty and wellness industry. The OJT will assist our operations, marketing, and admin teams in day-to-day tasks, contributing to the growth and efficiency of our salon branches.

• Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
• Support inventory monitoring and supply coordination
• Help prepare business reports, memos, and presentations
• Participate in marketing and promotional campaign planning
• Assist in monitoring staff attendance and branch documentation
• Conduct basic customer satisfaction surveys and data encoding
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments as needed
• Perform other business support tasks as assigned

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or any related course
• Must be a college student seeking OJT hours as part of academic requirement
• With strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment
