Descrição:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms as required and assist with event planning.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office systems
  • Data entry and database management
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Support staff with administrative tasks

Requisito

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience Level

  • Entry-level position with less than one year of experience required.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make decisions.
  • Organized with an ability to create efficient filing systems.
  • Proficient in time management with an aptitude for meeting deadlines.
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills.
