We're hiring: Facebook ads scaling strategist

Onsite – Naga Rd., Pulanglupa Dos, Las Piñas Project-Based (3 Months) | ₱25K–₱40K/mo + Bonuses Send CV to: ****

Are you a beast at Facebook Ads? Not just launching—but scaling winning campaigns with logic, structure, and strong ROAS?

We’re looking for a strategist who can test smart, scale fast, and drive real revenue—not just impressions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Scale FB/IG ads with high ROAS
  • Build retargeting & lookalike funnels
  • Test new creatives, hooks, & audiences
  • Work with our creative & sales team
  • Shift budget based on real-time data

Must-Haves:

  • Proven ecom ad results
  • Knows metrics: ROAS, CPP, CTR
  • Smart tester, strategic scaler
  • Bonus: AdSpy, Meta Library, UTM, Shopify


Main Goal:Scale profitable ads without burning budget.
