Descrição:
- Responsible for coffee course sales and client follow-up, including enquiry responses, course introductions, invitation for registration, payment collection, and after-sales follow-up.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase course exposure and enrolment rates.
- Assist in formulating course sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Regularly review advertising performance and propose optimization plans.
- Communicate closely with baristas and course teams to ensure promotional materials align with actual course content.
- Handle student registration forms, WhatsApp enquiries, and automated system integration (e.g., ChatDaddy).
Requisito
Education:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Management.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in education, training, coffee, or F&B industry).
- Minimum 1 year of digital advertising experience, familiar with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising setup.
Skills:
- Proficient in using social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills, able to write promotional content independently.
- Familiar with basic Canva operations; able to create simple advertising visuals is a plus.
- Content & Copywriting Skills:
- Ability to write compelling sales copy (both Chinese and English), including ad headlines, course introductions, and CTAs.
- Able to adapt tone and wording for different target audiences.
Personality:
- Proactive and result-oriented.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about coffee culture and enthusiastic about promoting coffee courses.
Language:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English for communication and writing.
Others:
- Willing to work on weekends or evenings if required (depending on class schedules).
- Have own transport to travel to Kajang.
Digital Marketing Skills
- Able to operate Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads platforms independently.
- Understands audience targeting, pixel setup, and retargeting strategies.
- Capable of analyzing advertising reports (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and optimizing accordingly.
- Design & Visual Sense
- Proficient in Canva or Photoshop for basic ad visuals.
- Possesses a strong sense of visual aesthetics to ensure professional and consistent designs.
Customer Relationship Management Skills
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, ChatDaddy + Google Sheet integration).
- Able to build sales funnels and maintain customer databases with proper data management and tracking.
Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Confident in phone or WhatsApp communication, identifying client needs and guiding towards closing deals.
- Understands upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase customer value.
Communication & Teamwork
- Able to communicate effectively with baristas, designers, and management teams to coordinate course promotions.
