  • Recommend skincare and cosmetic products based on customer needs
  • Demonstrate product use and application techniques
  • Meet sales targets and build customer loyalty
  • Keep shelves stocked and displays attractive
  • Stay informed on new products and trends

Requisito

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant, Sales Associate, or similar role in cosmetics/skincare.
  • Passion for beauty and up-to-date knowledge of products and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/certificate in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
