- Responsible for managing and scheduling maintenance tasks
- Ensuring timely reminders to customers
- Tracking service records
- Coordinating with the service department to ensure timely and accurate customer communication about their vehicle’s scheduled services
- Accurately input and update customer information, maintenance schedules, and service records in the system.
- Work closely with the service advisors and other staff members to provide a seamless service experience for customers.
- Must be a college graduate.
- Keen attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
