Descrição:
- Provide technical support for customers post-purchase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Guide customers through product setup and usage.
- Collaborate with tech team on product improvements.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions and solutions.
- Train customers on product features and best practices.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in after-sales support or technical assistance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, CRM software, excellent communication, and teamwork.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote support tasks.
