- Identify and develop new distribution channels for products.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and distributors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to agents on product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, develop client relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
