Descrição:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing customer relationships.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding insurance products and Services.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, social media) to promote the agency’s insurance products.
- Searching for prospects and clients
- Offer the Comprehensive Car Insurance to Client
- Assisting Clients to free quotation, flexible payment terms after sales and claims.
- Informing client to terms of payment whether 6 months, 4 months and 3 months.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing customer relationships.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide information regarding insurance products and services.
- Help coordinate and schedule meetings between sales representatives and potential clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring leads are followed up on promptly.
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, social media) to promote the agency’s insurance products.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring that posts align with the company’s brand messaging.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by collecting feedback, data, and customer responses.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and client outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Help manage customer communications through various channels, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with customer surveys and feedback collection to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
- Maintain relationships with current customers, ensuring they are informed of new products, services, or promotions.
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports, including tracking performance metrics and campaign results.
- Help maintain digital files, marketing assets, and other related materials for easy access by the team.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Branding & Promotions
- Help ensure all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content, adhere to the company’s branding guidelines.
- Assist with developing promotional offers and helping the team execute them across different channels.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), or social media platforms is a plus.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and lead generation techniques.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
