About the role

We are seeking a skilled Refrigerator/Air-con Technician to join our team at Andoks Litson Corporation. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Refrigerator/Air-con Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning units, ensuring our customers receive prompt and efficient service.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on refrigeration and air conditioning units
• Install new refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, ensuring proper operation
• Repair and replace components, such as compressors, coils, and motors
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
• Comply with all safety regulations and best practices

• Graduate of Vocational Courses related to Refrigerator/Air-con Technician.
• Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of air-cons and cooling or heat systems.
• Have the ability to detect damages and malfunctions;
• Know how to change spare parts;
• Must have good communication skills;
