Key responsibilities

• Installation: Install new air conditioning units, ductwork, and refrigeration systems according to manufacturer specifications and building codes. 
• Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency. 
• Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning components, including motors, compressors, and other parts, for both electrical and mechanical issues. 
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix problems with various types of systems, such as split, package, and rooftop units. 
• System testing: Test and calibrate systems to verify proper operation and adjust settings for optimal performance. 
• Customer service: Advise clients on energy-efficient solutions, provide cost estimates for repairs, and address customer concerns. 
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of all services, repairs, and maintenance performed. 
• Safety and compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with industry and environmental regulations.
