Requisito

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading.
  • Leadership and communication skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively.
  • Attention to detail: Precision and accuracy are crucial in pattern making.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to pattern accuracy, fit, and manufacturability.
  • Knowledge of materials: Understanding of different fabrics and their properties.
  • Experience: Typically requires several years of experience as a pattern maker, with proven leadership experience.
