JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Provide high-level technical support to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction across assigned products.
  2. Review and audit service work orders to verify proper technical interventions by service centers.
  3. Monitor quality performance indicators and support corrective actions for quality deviations and escalations.
  4. Deliver technical training and product briefings to service center technicians, especially for new and strategic product launches.
  5. Support the localization, distribution, and utilization of technical documentation for service teams and technicians.
  6. Coordinate with project teams, factories, and suppliers to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
  7. Track and support improvement of key indices such as First Time Fix Rate, Repeated Repair Rate, and Product Defect Ratio.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. At least 3–5 years of hands-on technical support or after-sales service experience in the appliance or consumer electronics industry.
  3. Solid understanding of appliance troubleshooting, repair processes, and quality standards.
  4. Experience in technical training or knowledge sharing for service technicians is an advantage.
  5. Ability to analyze technical and quality data and support root cause analysis.
  6. Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal teams and external service centers.
  7. Good command of English with basic reporting and technical documentation skills.
