Developing innovative and efficient ship designs that meet client requirements and industry standards
Conducting hydrodynamic analyses, stability calculations, and structural design assessments
Preparing detailed design documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and 3D models
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and production personnel
Ensuring compliance with relevant maritime regulations and classification society requirements
Providing technical support and guidance throughout the construction and commissioning phases
Continuously researching and incorporating the latest advancements in naval architecture

Bachelor's degree in naval architecture, marine engineering, or related field like mechanical or ocean engineering
Must have a professional license
At least 2 years of shipyard experience
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, hydrodynamic analysis tools, and ship performance simulation software
Strong ability to visualize and work in three-dimensional space is necessary for designing ship structures
Strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
