Monuments for 3D Printing Services is seeking a dedicated Maquette Designer and Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role will be responsible for creating detailed maquettes (scale models) for a variety of architectural and monument projects using the latest technologies , particularly in creating detailed scale models that represent architectural designs. This position requires a blend of artistic skill and technical knowledge to transform concepts into tangible representations. The ideal candidate will work closely with capability of 2D CAD designing, production or assembly to ensure that the maquettes accurately reflect the intended vision and functionality of the projects. With a minimum of three years and a maximum of seven years of experience in real estate Maquette Companies, this role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about design and craftsmanship. 

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop maquettes to scale using 2D/3D modelling software
• Prepare 3D models for efficient and high-quality 3D printing
• Operate and maintain 3D printers / 2D Machines (Laser, CNC) to produce maquettes to exacting standards
• Work closely with sales team to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed scale models using various materials such as wood, plastic, and metal.
• Utilize CAD software, 2D machines (laser, CNC), Electronic integrations to develop precise designs and plans for maquettes.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of models by conducting regular checks and adjustments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage tools and materials efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance model-making skills.
• Assist in the installation of models for exhibitions or presentations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and interns.

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience in Residential and Real Estate Models and maquettes
• Hands-on expertise in operating 3D printers and post-processing printed maquettes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and the project team
• Passion for the latest advancements in 3D printing and a desire to continuously learn and improve
