  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in management and area handling.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
