  • Lead sales teams in designated areas to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize market share.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide training and support to team members.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.b

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy development, key account management, and strong organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some travel required to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, analytical mindset, and results-driven attitude.
