Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures
Conduct regular asset inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history
Manage asset inventory and ensure proper tagging and accountability of all assets
Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient and effective asset utilization
Create and execute asset maintenance schedules and procedures
Monitor and report on asset performance and utilization metrics
Establish and enforce asset disposal policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
Provide guidance and support to departments on asset management practices

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in asset management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
Experience in investment analysis and portfolio management
Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies
Understanding of various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
