Descrição:

The Assistant Coordinator II position focused on learning about medical and travel case processes and clients. Employees at this level are expected to be able to handle uncomplicated medical and travel cases throughout their lifecycle and serve as backups to AC I-level employees if needed.


Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Case Management: Independently handling uncomplicated medical and travel cases from initiation to resolution. This involves gathering information, communicating with clients and providers, processing documents, and ensuring adherence to company protocols
  • Client Support: Providing exceptional customer service to our medical and travel clients. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with Assistant Coordinators I and other team members to ensure seamless case flow.
  • Backup Support: Serving as a reliable backup to Assistant Coordinators I, providing support when needed on more complex cases.

Requisito

• College Graduate or Undergraduate

• Minimum of two (2) or more years of work experience in the BPO or healthcare industry.

• Preferably with work experience in industries related to medical and travel assistance.

• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig, Taguig, or Makati and willing to be assigned to work in different sites.
