Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in condominium/property management.
Good command of English and Mandarin; Hokkien proficiency preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail
Sound understanding of condominium legislation, by-laws, and building operations.
Positive, proactive, and able to work independently.
Assist the Property Manager in daily operations to ensure efficient building management and resident satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between residents, contractors, and the management office.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring safety compliance and timely completion.
Oversee vendor performance and service contracts for quality and cost efficiency.
Support financial processes including budgets, reports, and invoices.
Prepare materials and correspondence for Board and committee meetings.
Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas for compliance and upkeep.
Provide operational support in the Property Manager’s absence.
