Assist the Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
Support staff training and development to enhance performance.
Manage inventory and ensure quality service standards.
Coordinate scheduling and oversee workflow efficiency.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting.
Managing key account shipments
Supervising all operations, ensuring sequential completion of staff tasks in compliance with the organization's guidelines and standards
Minimizing risk and maintaining adherence to the management's regulations
Responding promptly to rate inquiries and monitoring rates so as to remain competitive
Monitoring and expanding commercial activities both domestically and globally
Conducting regular follow-ups with agents and ensuring the sales team's CRM is updated weekly
Compiling weekly reports encompassing statistical data, information on market developments, and commercial activities, and submitting these to the management
Addressing operational concerns and assisting in cross-departmental problem-solving
Maintaining daily communication with the senior management/CEO
Providing new staff with on-the-job training and mentorship.
Coordinating with Network Partners for new opportunities/Getting agencies

Educational Qualifications: Diploma required for administrative and management skills.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a supportive role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong English language skills, data analysis, scheduling, time management, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and capable of multitasking.
Work Location: Willing to work in SAUDI ARABIA
