Job Summary:
The Associate HR Generalist supports various HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits. This role helps ensure smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
o Help post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
o Assist with the hiring process and new employee onboarding.
2. Employee Relations:
o Assist employees with HR-related questions.
o Support resolving workplace issues and ensure policies are followed.
3. Performance Management:
o Help track and support the performance review process.
o Assist in goal setting and employee development.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
o Help with benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
o Assist with payroll-related tasks and respond to benefits inquiries.
5. Training & Development:
o Help organize training sessions and track employee training.
o Assist in identifying areas for employee development.
6. Compliance & HR Records:
o Ensure HR records are up-to-date and compliant with laws.
o Assist with HR reporting and audits.
7. General HR Support:
o Provide administrative support to the HR team.
o Help with organizing company events and employee recognition activities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or administration.
• Skills:
o Knowledge of HR practices and legal requirements.
o Strong communication and organizational skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
o Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
