Descrição:

  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes
  • Perform field work and store visits to validate compliance with company policies
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collect invoices, receipts, and booklets from stores and ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare and submit Request for Payment (RFP) for employee or store incentives
  • Cascade promotional campaigns and training materials to store teams
  • Assist in investigating variances, losses, and policy violations
  • Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans
  • Work closely with the Audit Supervisor or Manager on special audit assignments
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all audit activities
  • Ensure timely submission of audit reports and documents

Requisito

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and any other related fields.
