• Perform regular audit of financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Perform monthly PCF Audit
• Prepare detailed audit workpapers and reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of audit programs and procedures for transactional audits.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of issues identified during audits
• Review and verify due diligence documentation such as but not limited to the following:

Ø KYC (Know Your Customer) records

Ø AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance documents

Ø Sanctions and PEP screening results

Ø CTR Filing

• Assess whether due diligence reports are properly documented, retained, and approved.
• Audit core business processes across departments and perform process mapping, walkthroughs, and control testing to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency
•  Monitor the end-to-end process of PPE lifecycle management, including:

Ø Asset tagging

Ø Physical verification of assets

Ø Asset movement, transfers, and disposals

Ø Maintenance and servicing logs

• Verify the existence, condition, and location of fixed assets against the asset register
• Periodic asset count and reconciliation
• Assess disposal and write-off processes for compliance and proper authorization
