Ensure 100% achievement of over-all efficiency of BP Advisor's productivity at the reception area. To achieve 100% attainment of workshop sales, unit received and unit released department monthly target.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the BP Advisors that all Car-in Units should have a Repair Order within the day.
• Monitor all for Release Units at the Reception Area (for closing)
• Supervise the Receptionist in assisting for incoming customers (for estimate, for car-in and and for released unit)
• Supervise that all Car-in Units should have corresponding checklist form prepared.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the Reception Area.
• To ensure smooth flow of BP transactions from receiving up to releasing of units
• Responsible in handling customer concerns at Reception Area.
• Train and coach BP Advisors with regards to customer handling, giving feedback to clients and assists Service Advisors with concerns encountered with the Workshop Area.
• Ensure that 7 steps of Customer Care is being practiced/followed by all BP Advisors
• Monitor BP Advisors performance on 100% compliance on workshop sales, unit received & unit released achievement on the department's monthly targets.
• Close monitoring of open RO's of BP SA's unresolved.
• Preparation of Monthly Performance evaluation of BP SA/Receptionist/BP SE and BP Releasing Officer.
• Ensure 100% Compliance on WOW Meter Survey Program

Educational Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's or College Degree and/or Mechanical Engineering Course Graduate

Experience Requirements

• With at least 1 year of working experience on automotive services as Supervisory level
