Descrição:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers, and scanners.
  • Setting up all accounts for the new hire.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology
  • Providing technical support across the company.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request.

Requisito

  • 2 years of experience as IT Technical Support
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Willingness to go onsite and on shifting schedule
  • Confident and able to work independently with little supervision
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to continuously learn and improve
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Operations is a plus factor
