- Bag groceries efficiently, safely, and neatly, separating fragile and perishable items as needed.
- Assist customers in carrying groceries to their vehicles when requested.
- Return empty shopping carts to the designated cart areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in the checkout and bagging areas.
- Assist with restocking shelves or front-end displays when bagging duties are slow.
- Support cashier team by managing the bagging queue and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and thank them for shopping at Shopwise.
- Follow store policies on packaging (e.g., using reusable bags, avoiding plastic when applicable).
- Handle customer concerns or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines at all times.
