Descrição:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
  • Manage cash transactions and operate the register.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Participate in team training sessions and maintain product knowledge.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a coffee shop or café.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods, flexible shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards customers.
