Bravefoods Global Holdings Inc. is looking for a dedicated Milkman/Milkmaid (Barista) to join our team at our FRNK location in Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our milkbar. As a Milkman/Milkmaid, you will be an integral part of delivering our premium milk-based products and creating a memorable experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and serve a variety of milk-based drinks and dishes to customers in a timely and efficient manner
2. Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked milkbar area to ensure optimal customer experience
3. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and offering recommendations
4. Assist with inventory management, product ordering and other operational tasks as needed
5. Adhere to all food safety and health regulations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
6. Work collaboratively with the broader FRNK team to support the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
3. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
5. Passion for milk-based products and a desire to learn more about the industry
6. Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
