  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the register
  • Train new staff on drink preparation and customer service
  • Monitor stock and assist with inventory management

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong flexibility in meeting customer demands and adapting to varying workloads.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with occasional standing for long periods.
