We are looking for a Basware P2P Specialist to join our finance project core team, where you will play a key role in implementing our global financial platform and driving process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical counterpart to Basware, ensuring seamless system implementation and development
• Configure and manage user roles, system settings, and process workflows in Basware P2P
• Ensure compliance with process standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead key implementation activities, including:
• Country roll-outs
• Requirement analysis
• System setup and configuration
• Testing and troubleshooting
• User training and adoption
• Post-go-live support (cut-over & hypercare)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align system functionality with business needs

What You Bring:

• Expertise in Basware P2P, including invoice processing, matching, and system configuration
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) processes, particularly invoice handling and process optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus, particularly in financial transactions
• Familiarity with Scan Global Logistics or similar platforms is an advantage
