  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information
  • Ensure compliance with bid requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain organized records of bids and proposals
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends
  • Support the Bid Manager in strategic planning and execution


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in bid coordination or project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare bid documents, coordinate proposals, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role, with potential travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
