Descrição:

  • Manage and oversee the collections process for outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections activities and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment resolutions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve collection strategies.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or credit analysis.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in credit analysis, report generation, and documentation. Proficient in compliance inspection and asset management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potentially involving remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach.
