了解并评估新币种或项目的技术背景、团队实力、市场潜力及合规性。
* 准备上币提案，协调内部技术、法务、市场及风险评估团队进行审核。
* 参与上币评审会议，提供项目分析报告，解答相关问题。
2. 上币流程执行：
* 与项目方的技术团队协调，完成节点部署、钱包集成、智能合约对接等技术工作。
* 进行测试币充值和提取验证，确保链上充值和提币功能正常。
* 设置交易对（如ETH/BTC、USDT对等），配置手续费、最小交易量等参数。
* 确保币种及交易对在前端、APP及API接口的正确显示。
* 制定上币推广计划，包括首发活动、充值奖励、交易竞赛等。
* 协调设计、市场、社群等团队，发布公告、宣传材料及社交媒体推广内容。
* 监控交易量、深度、用户参与度等数据，定期生成运营报告并提出优化建议。"
