Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the design and core module development of the underlying architecture for high-performance blockchains/App-Chains, including:

Consensus mechanisms or enhancements (BFT / PoS / customized solutions)

State management, transaction execution, and block production workflows

Memory pool (Mempool), transaction ordering, and deterministic execution

Performance optimizations for transaction scenarios to achieve low latency, high throughput, and stable block production

Design and implement chain-level risk control, abnormal transaction handling, or transaction prioritization mechanisms (e.g., MEV constraints, deterministic ordering)

Collaborate with trading systems, matching engine, or on-chain application teams to optimize the end-to-end transaction experience

Participate in chain testing, performance benchmarking, fault recovery, and security mechanism design

Continuously track and analyze the technical designs of high-performance chains (e.g., Hyperliquid, Cosmos, Solana, Sui, Aptos)

Requirements:

Mandatory:

5+ years of system or low-level development experience, with blockchain/distributed systems exposure

Solid computer science fundamentals with in-depth understanding of at least three of the following:

• Distributed consensus/consistency

• Concurrent programming and memory models

• Network communication and latency optimization

• State machines and deterministic execution

Proficiency in at least one of Rust/Go/C++, with a strong preference for Rust

Ability to independently design and implement complex system modules, with a high sensitivity to performance and stability

Ability to adapt to the pace of an early-stage project and take ownership of technical decisions

Strong Plus:

Core development experience on Layer 1 / Layer 2 / App-Chain

Familiarity with high-performance trading chains or on-chain matching architectures (e.g., on-chain order book)

In-depth research or source code experience with Hyperliquid, Solana, or Move-based chains

Experience with state compression, parallel execution, mempool-less, or sequencer-less designs

Experience in chain-level risk control, MEV resilience, or deterministic ordering design
