Descrição:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and sales revenue.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts to ensure accuracy.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Assist in the preparation of tax reports and other government-mandated filings.
Monitor company’s financial health and report any inconsistencies or issues.
Coordinate with the accounting team for monthly and annual financial audits.
Maintain and organize financial documents for easy access and reference.

Requisito

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
