  • Supervise and lead branch staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets 
  • Monitor and manage inventory, expenses, and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns professionally

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in retail or branch management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
