Descrição:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and branch financial performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Build relationships with clients and resolve any issues effectively.

Requisito

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • With work experience at least two years in a retail store (meatshop)
  • Proficient in document processing software.
  • With strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in San Juan Branch.
  • Must be Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy
