- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and present progress to management.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of supervisory or relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing acumen, teamwork, and customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with varied hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership abilities.
