- Assist the Branch Head in overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support sales initiatives and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Maintain inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient merchandising.
- Foster a positive customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in retail or branch operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and effective teamwork capabilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist in sales management, marketing, and customer service.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with the need to handle multiple tasks effectively.
