- Oversee sales team performance across designated area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or product selling.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy development, excellent management abilities, and effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee sales team performance, implement sales strategies, and report on sales metrics.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, results-driven, and team-oriented.
