Descrição:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, loyalty, and market share
  • Define brand voice, identity, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints
  • Manage the overall brand calendar, aligning campaigns with business goals

Brand Activation

  • Conceptualize and lead brand activation initiatives (on-ground events, product launches, in-store promotions, digital activations)
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to bring activations to life from planning to post-event evaluation
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality consumer experiences across all activations

Campaign Development

  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with digital, creative, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand representation
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs and ROI analysis

Consumer Insight & Market Research

  • Use market research and trend data to guide brand development and activation strategies
  • Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities to inform campaigns and product positioning

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and Retail teams
  • Liaise with external partners including creative agencies, media planners, and event organizers
  • Present brand plans, activation recaps, and performance reports to senior management


Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

3–5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands

with driver's license

know how to drive manual and automatic transmission
