  • Proven experience in brand management, sales, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns aligned with brand identity.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, marketing tools, and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, store visits, or marketing events.
